Studio Lafleur, founded in 2015 by Alexandre Lafleur, offers custom interior design services in the private luxury residential space, as well as consulting for large-scale residential projects.
A fine balance between minimalism and maximalism puts emphasis on the varying textures of raw materials, colour, and pattern for a result that is truly unique and inviting. Lafleur says, “We always listen to, and take cues from, a space –– whether heritage or new build, we aim only to enhance without disturbing, or compromising integrity. We take our cues from each building and each room. How you live your life in a space and what will make you happiest should be the driver behind any good design.”
Studio Lafleur works hand in hand with every client, whether it be for a ground-up construction project, home renovation or simply furnishing a space. The studio also offers art consultation, purchasing and coordination, and custom furniture design.
Lafleur studied environmental design at UQAM in Montreal and interior architecture at Haute école d'art et de design (HEAD) in Geneva.
